Business Use Only

Jaseena Sports operates as a business-to-business (B2B) custom clothing partner. Our services and products are intended strictly for commercial, resale, team, or bulk orders. We do not cater to direct-to-consumer retail purchases.

Custom Orders

All orders placed through our platform are custom-made based on specifications provided by the client. It is the responsibility of the client to confirm all details—including sizes, styles, logos, and artwork- before final approval and production.

Once production begins, no changes can be made, and no refunds will be issued unless the product is defective or does not match the approved design.

Quotation & Pricing

Prices are provided upon request and depend on quantities, fabric type, custom features, and production complexity. Quotes are valid for 14 days and may be subject to change based on market fluctuations.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are shared during the order process. While we strive to meet all deadlines, production or shipping delays due to third parties, customs, or natural events are not under our control. Jaseena Sports shall not be held liable for any losses caused by such delays.

Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or brand materials to us, you confirm that you own or have legal rights to use all intellectual property involved. Jaseena Sports is not responsible for any disputes arising from trademark or copyright issues related to submitted content.

Minimum Order Quantities

Each product category may have a minimum order requirement depending on the complexity and level of customization. This is communicated before quotation and confirmation.

Returns & Claims

Since we offer custom-made products, returns are only accepted if the received products are faulty or do not match approved samples or designs. Claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery with clear evidence.

Payments

Orders proceed only after advance payment as agreed. The balance must be cleared before shipment. We accept bank transfers and other secure methods of payment. Late payments may delay production or shipping.

Amendments to Terms

Jaseena Sports reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jaseena Sports operates.
